SoCal ABS members and friends: you are invited to our yearly Cooking with Bamboo Shoots event. Come taste bamboo shoots in different forms: fresh, canned, pesto, and pickled! We will also be learning from the book Cooking With Bamboo by Kay Koppedrayer. This event takes place in Orange County, Calif. Please RSVP to landy@socalabs.org for the address. There is no fee.
